Introduction to Aerodynamics

This aerodynamics course introduces airflow around bodies, focusing on aircraft. It equips learners with core principles for analyzing and designing subsonic to supersonic vehicles. Though introductory, it suits advanced undergraduate aerospace students.

Course Outcome

This course is designed to equip students with a strong understanding of aerodynamic principles, from potential and viscous flows to airfoil and wing behavior across subsonic, transonic, and supersonic regimes, enabling them to analyze, interpret, and apply aerodynamic models for aircraft design and related engineering applications.
