    1. Download the Correct Template

    The IEEE provides templates for Microsoft Word and LaTeX.

    2. Key Formatting Rules (MS Word Users)

    • Paper Title: Use 24pt bold font. The first letter of each major word should be capitalized.

    • Author Names and Affiliations: List all authors, their affiliations, and email addresses clearly. Use the superscript numbers to link authors to their correct affiliation.

    • Abstract: The abstract must be in 9pt italic font. It should be a single paragraph that concisely summarizes the paper's purpose, methods, findings, and conclusions.

    • Index Terms (Keywords): Include 4-5 relevant keywords after the abstract.
